Bennett Career Institute's education includes a full service student hair salon with advanced level Cosmetology and Barbering students, who have mastered basic training in the class room. Our students are in the class room until they are able to demonstrate preparedness to work with the public and pass all required tests, written and practical assessment. The students perform basic and current trend hair cutting, coloring, and other hair services under the supervision of our experienced licensed instructors.

Clients must bring their own hair for weaves and natural hair services. We accept chemical work, weaves and natural hair services up to ½ hour before closing.

There is a $3.00 additional charge for clients with shoulder length hair or $5.00 for longer hair.

Our products for chemical hair relaxers contain sodium hydroxide. Specialty relaxers – Motions, Affirm or Revlon are $5.00 additional.

All hair services performed require hair to be shampooed in the salon. No children are allowed on the salon floor unless they are receiving services. When multiple hair services are rendered, clients will be charged the full price for the higher priced service and half price for each additional service. This does not include conditioners, skin care, nail services, wig styling and barbering services.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON FULLY COMPLETED SERVICES! Any discrepancy should be addressed before leaving the stylists' chair with the assistance of the instructor.
